Axe throwing is the new activity taking the world by storm which is why our goal is unifying the sport of urban axe throwing under one banner with unified axe throwing rules! We’ve welcomed many new members all over the world and provided them assistance in creating axe throwing leagues with WATL rules.
The World Axe Throwing League is the governing body for the sport of urban axe throwing.
We have standardized the scoring and points tracking system, throwing distance, throwing techniques, axe throwing championship rules, and everything in between. Currently, we have members from Canada, USA, Ireland, the United Kingdom, Turkey, Denmark and Brazil! Though they may be different in name and location, these official WATL affiliates abide by the standards that you’d find at any of our WATL locations and are ready and willing to set you up with a League Membership to compete for our top prize at the end of a season.
If you’ve visited any of our 40+ affiliates you know the thrill of nailing a bullseye or trickshot firsthand, but we are here to tell you that it’s global and still growing.
